Alright, it's my 138th color commission and sorry to disappoint you but no water related picture this.  I know I know, you all are disappointed but at least you are getting a normal picture this time around as...as...*looks at the screen as it's a middle schooler with a small chest with short hair and is secretly a ninja*...HUGS!! *Jumps into the screen but my face face plants into it making a funny face while I slide down a bit*...Curse you reality...

Anyways, this is Hikari, a Junior High Student who is part of :iconsmithkakarot:'s universe who happens to be a ninja...so if you are all catching up, we have a Vampire, an Alchemist, a Pretty Boy, A Military Leader, a Witch, a 1950's...character, and a Ninja...pay attention there's a quiz later on ^^;

First time in the long time that I have to color a sailors uniform with that being in 2013 with Cardcaptor Sakura but unlike that, this is more traditional with white and blue combination with a red handkerchief in front.

Unfortunately that's all I got for Hikari but I did enjoy coloring her.  Hope you like it :)

A combination of Sakura from Street Fighters and Sakura from Cardcaptor Sakura.
