My 104th color commission, it's another Fiction Diving Encyclopedia and it's...a character I don't know from a series I don't recall wearing gear that covers her hair and mouth...my "favorite"

In all seriousness, this is Joan Randell from the anime Captain Future...and yeah that's all I really have to say about it other than it's a pretty old anime, which on the plus side it makes it easier to color due to the simplicity the shows back in the day have.  I'm even testing how shading from the back side and I'm surprised it came out well.  No tint on her googles as in the surface they didn't have one.
